Advertisers and account holders independently submit and manage profile information, photographs, descriptions, rates, locations, availability information, contact details, and other listing content.
24CARAT is not an employer, agency, representative, broker, partner, or agent of advertisers listed on the Platform.
We do not negotiate or enter into arrangements on behalf of advertisers or visitors and are not a party to communications, agreements, meetings, transactions, or other arrangements made between users and advertisers.
Any communication or arrangement resulting from information found on the Platform is made independently between the relevant parties.
Profiles, advertisements, photographs, descriptions, contact information, rates, locations, availability information, and other materials submitted by users or advertisers (“User Content”) are the responsibility of the person or entity that submits them.
24CARAT provides the technical platform through which such content may be published but does not assume ownership of User Content merely because it appears on the Platform.
The person submitting User Content is responsible for ensuring that:
Submitting another person’s photographs, identity, contact information, or other materials without the necessary authorisation is prohibited.
An “Advertiser” is any individual or entity that creates, submits, manages, publishes, promotes, or pays for a listing on 24CARAT.
An “Agency” is an individual or entity submitting or managing listings on behalf of other persons.
Advertisers and Agencies are solely responsible for obtaining any authorisation required from persons whose profiles or content they submit.
By submitting a listing, the Advertiser represents and warrants that it has authority to publish the listing and all materials contained within it.
24CARAT does not become responsible for User Content merely by reviewing, approving, displaying, promoting, or removing a listing.
Certain Platform features may require registration.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create security risks, abuse Platform functionality, or otherwise threaten the integrity of the Platform.
Users must not use 24CARAT to publish, distribute, promote, or facilitate content or activity that:
We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access where we reasonably believe these rules have been violated.
24CARAT may provide moderation, verification indicators, profile labels, or other Platform features intended to improve the usefulness of listings.
However, unless expressly stated otherwise, such features do not constitute a guarantee by 24CARAT regarding a person’s identity, background, conduct, availability, services, photographs, location, rates, or other information.
Users should exercise their own judgment when communicating with third-party advertisers.
24CARAT may, but is not obligated to, review User Content.
We reserve the right to remove, restrict, disable, modify the visibility of, or refuse to publish any listing or content where we reasonably believe that it:
We may request additional information or evidence concerning age, identity, consent, ownership, or authorisation where appropriate.
The existence of moderation does not transfer responsibility for User Content from the submitting user to 24CARAT.

24CARAT may offer paid advertising features including Premium listings, enhanced visibility, featured placement, promotional positions, banners, boosts, or other advertising services (“Paid Features”).
Prices, durations, and applicable conditions may be displayed on the Platform or communicated before purchase.
Purchasing a Paid Feature affects advertising visibility only and does not constitute an endorsement, verification, certification, or recommendation of an Advertiser by 24CARAT.
Unless otherwise agreed or required by applicable law:
24CARAT is not a party to communications, agreements, meetings, payments, transactions, or arrangements made between visitors and advertisers.
Advertisers operate independently from 24CARAT.
Users are responsible for deciding whether and how to communicate or interact with another person encountered through the Platform.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, 24CARAT is not responsible for disputes, losses, representations, conduct, services, payments, meetings, or other matters arising directly between users and third-party advertisers.
We do not guarantee that every listing will always be accurate, complete, current, available, or error-free.
User Content may change without notice.
The Platform may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, security measures, hosting issues, network failures, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
The design, branding, software, original text, graphics, interface elements, and other materials created by or for 24CARAT are owned by or licensed to 24CARAT and may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
This provision does not transfer ownership of User Content to 24CARAT.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from protected Platform materials without appropriate authorisation except where permitted by law.
Advertisers retain whatever ownership rights they lawfully possess in User Content.
By submitting User Content to 24CARAT, the submitting party grants 24CARAT a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, technically process, resize, display, distribute, and otherwise use the submitted content as reasonably necessary to:

Users and Advertisers who submit personal information relating to another person are responsible for ensuring they have an appropriate lawful basis, permission, or other authority to provide that information where required.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
24CARAT does not guarantee the identity, conduct, intentions, reliability, availability, accuracy, legality, or suitability of third-party advertisers or User Content.
Nothing displayed on the Platform should be interpreted as a guarantee by 24CARAT regarding an advertiser or any arrangement entered into independently between third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 24CARAT shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or relating to use of the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Where liability relating directly to a Paid Feature cannot lawfully be excluded, any limitation of liability will apply only to the extent permitted under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, an Advertiser or user who submits content agrees to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from:

24CARAT may suspend or terminate access to the Platform or particular Platform features where reasonably necessary to:

Continued use of the Platform after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
